Atelier Sanae has undertaken the complete renovation of a 100-year-old farmhouse perched amidst the rolling hills of the Belgian countryside. This transformation honors the building’s storied past by preserving original architectural elements such as aged timber beams and stone walls, while introducing warm, minimalist interiors where necessary. The design emphasizes natural materials, clean lines, and a harmonious connection to nature. Large windows frame the countryside views, allowing natural light to flood the interiors and enhancing the serene ambiance.
